Earlier this year, Laura Mercier launched a new long-lasting foundation! Flawless Fusion foundation is designed to look and feel like a second skin. It is said to provide a matte finish, medium to full coverage and 15-hour wear. The formula is oil-free, fragrance-free and suitable for all skin types.
It comes in a beautiful frosted glass bottle with a very precise pump that allows you to pump out a very controllable amount. The hat has a rubbery velvety finish that can show fingerprints well.
This foundation has a gel cream formula, which looks thick when taken from the bottle, but has a very light texture on the skin! It has a satin matte finish and provides medium coverage, which can be built to completeness. I especially like this because sometimes the skin is good when I don’t want to cover it completely and the finish is semi-matte, which I like.
This is a long-wearing foundation that should last 15 hours, so in my opinion it is a bit short. But it will stay in good condition for 8-9 hours working day, which is totally fine for many of you.
