Laura Mercier Flawless Lumiere Radiance-Perfecting Foundation is a lightweight foundation that provides medium to full coverage. The surface of the foundation shines naturally.
I use one or two liquid foundations for medium coverage, and I usually like this way most of the time at work. The foundation blends perfectly with the skin and looks like a second skin. Most importantly, it does not look or feel clumpy or heavy on my combination skin. It does not accentuate the dry areas on my skin, but moisturizes.
So this foundation has a soft luster, and it can also reduce the appearance of pores very well, which I didn’t expect when I read the description. Pore perfection is sometimes rare, with brighter finishes. This is a huge victory for me. The creamy texture works very well on my combination skin and it melts easily when applied with fingers.
Overall, this foundation is a nice surprise! I like bright foundations, but my skin is super oily, so I prefer when the formula is not too rich or greasy.
This one is perfect for my skin type, it has a beautiful radiant effect and it feels very light on the skin. If your skin is normal to dry, you can use a moisturizing primer or add a drop (or two) of facial oil to your skin before applying foundation!
I hope it lasts longer on me, but 8 hours is pretty good for a radiant foundation!
